The company Officium was started in 2006 by Michele Capalbo and Maurizo Marchi, who then approached Giuseppe (Pippo) Perez a well-known Italian jewellery designer to create an exclusive collection for their new company. The collection as an immediate success and two years later Giuseppe Perez decided to totally embrace the project and the brand Pippo Perez was created. The synergy created not only allowed Perez to fully understand the jewelry market, but to find the right inspiration for making a precious objects that could be worn every day, in every moment and for every occasion. Pippo Perez collections are playful in nature and inspired by the colours, fragrances and the magic of his home island Capri.
